"When I saw the Seoul AIM list, being the only person with “(11)” next to my name, I didn’t know what to expect. The first few days were awkward, all of us not sure where to look because when we made eye contact with each other, it just ended in awkward smiles. However, I guess you can never really judge something until it ends. Through the busy schedule of our DW, consisting of Lotte World, traditional Korean instruments lessons, scavenger hunts and shows in Insadong, volunteering at ESWS and Pyeongtaek, escape room and the Running Man game, somehow in the midst of all that, we bonded. From card games to mafia and dealing with our own paparazzi, Seoul AIM itself was well-planned out but the people really made the DW memorable. It was interesting how we evolved from anti-social strangers to a gregarious family. I have met people I never saw before in my life and tried activities I never would if it was not for Discovery Week. So I am thankful for that week in which I discovered valuable relationships and memories that I will treasure for years to come." - Min Cheong Kim
